Paulownia VJ lining boards
Ideal for ceilings and walls. Supplied raw and unfinished, which many customers prefer for van fitouts and tiny homes because of VOC concerns. Our standard size is 90×10 mm, giving 80 mm of coverage, so you need 12.5 L/M per m². Paulownia is stable, light and takes a variety of finishes. For large orders we can also supply the boards finished and ready to install, with a high quality polyurethane finish.

Standard rough sawn planks
Our primary stock is large-section planks, 58×250 mm, highly versatile for a range of uses. Most have a dressed face and a skip-dressed face with sawn edges; we call them rough sawn to avoid any misunderstanding. $60.50 per L/M up to 2.5 m, and $66 per L/M for 3 m lengths.

Edge-glued Paulownia sheets
A versatile, low-cost option for building wooden surfboards with far less equipment. Glued with fully waterproof polyurethane adhesive, and they laser cut very well. Each sheet is 600×2400 mm.

Sheets are sold singly in our store. For delivery anywhere in Australia, please order at least 5 sheets, in any mix of 2mm, 4mm and 6mm, to cover the cost of packaging and cover sheets. There is no minimum for collection.
Alaia & paipo blanks
24 mm thick, made from Paulownia strips glued with a high-strength, fully waterproof polyurethane adhesive. The 600×2400 mm blank allows an alaia up to about 7ft 10in, with plenty of room to cut and shape creatively. Most customers build boards around 6ft 8in (2000 mm); we can pencil an outline onto your blank from our templates.

The CNC outline service gets you straight to shaping and can reduce freight. Where offcuts are large enough, we include them.
Made-to-order dressed sizes
Made to order from specifications up to 50×250×3000 mm as standard (longer lengths on request), priced per lineal metre. Our 4-side moulder has a maximum width of 230 mm, so anything narrower can be supplied dressed all round (DAR).

Surf hand plane blanks
Ready-to-shape blanks, a great activity for school technology and TAS classes. We also offer strap kits (2 injection-moulded plugs, a braided paracord leash and a neoprene wrist strap); pricing depends on quantity, with good discounts for bulk orders.

Guitar blank panels
Large 40 mm edge-glued panels, 1200×2400 mm with the grain running lengthways. One panel yields 8 to 12 guitar bodies depending on nesting, a cost-effective alternative to gluing up DAR timber yourself. We sell full panels only, but will happily cut them to your requirements to greatly reduce freight.

Need something custom?
We regularly produce longer lengths and custom profiles on request. Pre-cut blanks for fishing lures, acoustic guitar bodies, or fully CNC-cut wooden surfboard blanks: we have the machinery and stock to make it happen. In-house CNC routing of our 24×600×2400 mm panels also produces project kits for schools.
